This key slot tester is an auxiliary tool. It is a measuring tool for professional locksmiths to prepare special keys, refit and conceal keys. Accurately measure the groove shape of various keys; use this auxiliary groove measuring device, which is mainly used for matching car keys. In the case of conventional car keys, the original key and the blank notch of the machine key we use look basically the same. Then we need to modify the key blank artificially. Generally, we use the milling cutter of the vertical machine or a professional slotting machine to process it. Now use this auxiliary tool to clamp the original key, and simulate a lock cylinder opening according to the existing key notch; in this way, you can basically get a structure of the outer cornice of the lock cylinder. After preparing the key, use the reshaped key wool to try to insert it to see if it can be inserted into the simulated keyhole, and if it can be inserted, then it can definitely be inserted into the original car lock. If it can't be plugged in, then the process can continue to be refined based on actual deviations.
